It’s time to talk, it’s time to change

Tackling the subject of mental health is a tricky one, which is why the ‘It’s time to talk, it’s time to change’ campaign created by digital agency Dare is great.

The TV ad – aimed at getting people to talk about mental health – is both humorous and impactful and aims to normalise what is usually a taboo subject.

The TV is supported by a special interactive YouTube video, where you get to decide the outcome, as well as with collateral for the workplace and national events.

All in all it’s a pretty solid campaign and I really hope it makes the impact it deserves – it certainly got my attention.
