Now these are fun. They’re the brainchild of American fabric sculptor, dancer and performance artist, Nick Cave. And they’re known as Soundsuits – wearable fabric sculptures that are bright, whimsical and other-worldly.
They’re made from items Cave has scavenged from flea markets, thrift stores, and garage sales over the past two decades. One of Cave’s philosophies being that his creations have been works in progress for centuries since all of the materials have been made by other people from other times and other places.
