All cleaned up

Bet this guy is a list writer. Neat freak and Swiss artist Ursus Wehrli, takes everyday scenes of disorder and rearranges them into ordered rows, sorted by different attributes such as colour, size, shape, and type, etc.

Treading the fineline between art and possible OCD, I think this is a really ‘neat’ idea (pardon the pun) and the final executions are well worth the time and planning that must have gone into them.

You can see more of Wehrli’s work in his new book, The Art of Clean Up. It’s a follow-up to his previous Tidying Up Art books, where he tidied up famous artworks, such as Van Gogh’s room or Botticelli’s beach.
