As the first post of 2012, here’s a hot new social media campaign to kick things off.
MINI launched a live streaming social installation at the Brussels Motor Show, featuring the new MINI Countryman. It was parked on a slope and hanging only on a thick rope. Under the rope there was a bunsen burner. The idea was simple, once you ‘liked’ MINI’s Facebook page, you watched the live construction as a remote ignites the flame via the campaign website. Then whoever’s flame burnt the rope, won the MINI Countryman. Brilliant.
